Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Proactively contact potential customers and convince them of the benefits of listing their property on Bhumispark.com through our listing plans.
• Onboarding Specialist: Assist new customers with setting up their profiles and guide them through the property listing process.
• Listing Guru: Help users create detailed and SEO-friendly property listings that will attract qualified leads.
• Agent Advocate: Inform agents about the benefits of using the Bhumispark platform, including:
  • Increased Listing Visibility: Reach a wider audience of potential buyers and renters.
  • Enhanced Sharing Capabilities: Easily share listings across social media platforms and other websites.
  • Direct Leads: Receive qualified leads directly from interested customers through profile contacts and calls.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to both property owners and agents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience on Bhumispark.com.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and sales skills to effectively promote Bhumispark's listing plans.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with real estate or a strong understanding of the industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using a computer and various software programs, including CRM systems.
